Can I see how my print will look before it’s shipped?

Yes! If you have doubts about how your file will be printed, you can select the Verifica File option during the order.

This function allows you to receive a real preview of the print before the final online print is made.

Here’s how it works:

✅ For each file with the Verifica File option enabled, we print 1 to 5 test pages (depending on the length of the file).

✅ We take a real photo of the test print.

✅ We send you the photo via email to the address you entered when ordering.

✅ From that moment, please reply within 5 business hours.

You can:

✅ Confirm, and we’ll proceed with printing right away.

⚙️ Ask for changes or new test prints by writing your preferences via email.

❌ Or cancel the order: if the print preview doesn’t convince you, we’ll refund you immediately with no questions asked.

⚙️ If we don’t receive a reply within 5 business hours, we’ll proceed automatically with the print as per the preview sent.
