General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information
This agreement governs the use of the website fastprint24.com and the services offered by the company:

The use of the website and the placement of orders imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered
FastPrint24.com provides online printing services, including but not limited to:

  • Printing of PDF files in various formats and colors;
  • Binding services in various styles;
  • Printing of technical drawings;
  • Transfers on t-shirts and other materials.

All products offered are personalized and made to the customer's specifications.

3. Customer Responsibility
The customer guarantees that the files uploaded for printing:

  • Do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights;
  • Comply with current regulations, do not contain offensive or illegal content, and must be intact.
    We disclaim any responsibility for delivery delays caused by damaged files.

The company PRINTER INK DI ZADARKO OLENA is not responsible for any violations arising from files uploaded by customers.

4. Orders and Payments

  • The customer can view the total order amount in their Personal Profile, where they can access their order history, including details and prices.
  • A copy of the order will be sent via email to the address provided during registration.
  • In the future, it will also be possible to receive order confirmations and notifications via WhatsApp or Telegram; this feature is currently under implementation.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, using state-of-the-art security certificates to ensure maximum data protection.

5. Delivery of Products

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on logistical conditions:

  • Delivery times for Mainland Italy: 24-48 business hours from the date of shipment;
  • Islands and Calabria: 72 business hours;
  • Remote areas: 4-5 business days, with an additional shipping fee.

Before delivery, there is an order production time, which ranges from 4 business hours to 48 business hours, depending on the order's size. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually printed and shipped on the same business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier strikes or other reasons beyond our control. Once the goods are shipped and the tracking number is provided, the responsibility shifts to the customer to verify the delivery status and contact the courier. However, we will always be available to provide support if needed.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts involving:

  • The supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

Therefore, the products created by FastPrint24.com cannot be returned, as they are made according to the customer's personalized specifications and cannot be resold to third parties.

7. Refunds and Complaints Policy

Despite the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, FastPrint24.com is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

  • In case of products printed incorrectly compared to the specifications provided by the customer, you can contact our technical support via email (supporto@fastprint24.com) or phone (indicated on the website).
  • After appropriate checks, the order will be reprinted and resent to the customer free of charge, or a refund or compensation will be issued in the form of a coupon usable on the website within the next 6 months.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify the integrity of the package at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage, a reservation note must be written to the courier, and we must be promptly contacted to initiate a refund claim with the courier.
  • Complaints and assistance requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The company PRINTER INK DI ZADARKO OLENA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website and applied to orders placed after their publication.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the court of jurisdiction will be Rome.
