Where do you deliver? We deliver throughout Italy and Europe.
How long does delivery take? In Italy, if the order is placed before 12:00 from Monday to Friday, we do our best to ship the same day. Delivery times are 24 hours on the mainland, 48 hours for the major islands and Calabria, and 48 hours or more for remote areas. In Europe, delivery takes approximately 48 hours.
What should I do if my package doesn't arrive? You can check the order status and tracking number in your personal profile. If the package has been lost or damaged by the courier, we will offer you a refund or a reprint of your order, at your choice.
