Shipping: the more you print, the less you pay

When you print online with FastPrint24, shipping is not a fixed cost: the more pages you print, the less you pay for the courier. And if your order is over €39, shipping is free anywhere in Italy.

SHIPPING COSTS – ITALY (orders under €39)

These ranges are based on the average weight of A4 documents. Whether you print lecture notes, university handouts or business documents, you always get a fair, predictable shipping cost with no surprises.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER

We deliver all over Italy and across Europe.
For Italy we use only quality express couriers, at the moment mainly GLS. If over time we see performance dropping, we switch partner: our priority is that you receive your prints as fast as possible, not to save a few cents on the courier.

DELIVERY TIMES

Italy
If you place your order before 12:00 from Monday to Friday, we do our best to ship the same day. Indicatively:

Mainland Italy: delivery in 24 hours

Major islands and Calabria: around 48 hours

Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 48 hours or slightly more

Europe
Delivery takes around 48 working hours, depending on the country and area.

IF YOUR PARCEL DOESN’T ARRIVE OR ARRIVES DAMAGED

You can check your order status and tracking number at any time from your personal account.
If the parcel is lost or arrives damaged by the courier, we offer you a simple choice:

full refund of your order, or

reprint and new shipment of your documents

You decide what works best for you. Our goal is to make online document printing and home or office delivery always easy, safe and convenient.
