- Where do you deliver? We deliver across Italy and Europe.
- Remote and disadvantaged areas: For some locations (minor islands, mountain areas and zones classified as remote by the courier) an additional shipping surcharge may apply. The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode, before you confirm the order.
- How long does delivery take? In Italy, if the order is placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday, we do our best to ship the same day. Delivery times are 24 hours for mainland Italy, 48 hours for the major islands and Calabria, and 48 hours or more for remote areas. For Europe, delivery takes approximately 48–72 hours.
- European shipping: For deliveries outside Italy, shipping starts from €9.99. The exact price is calculated automatically once you upload your file and enter your delivery address at checkout.
- What if my parcel doesn't arrive? You can check your order status and tracking number in your personal profile. If your parcel has been lost or damaged by the courier, we will offer you a full refund or a reprint of your order, whichever you prefer.

How can I track my order? You need to log into your personal profile and go to the orders section. There, you can check the status of your order. Once it has been shipped, the tracking number will also be displayed. What happens if my order is incorrect? If the order status is "New" and has not yet entered production, you can contact customer service during business hours via the contact page to request a cancellation. We will provide a coupon or a refund so you can place the correct order. If the order is already in production, it can no longer be canceled.

How can I return a product? If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will reprint it or provide a refund in the form of a coupon equivalent to the defective file or pages. There's no need to return the product, as printed items are personalized. Simply contact customer support and send a video or photos of the defect. The same applies if the product was damaged during shipping. Who pays for return shipping? Since the product is personalized, if it has defects, we offer a refund. There's no need to return the product. We do not accept returns for change of mind, as the product is customized. How long does it take to get a refund? Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days, but in 90% of cases, they are issued on the same day as the request. What happens if the courier delays the shipment? If the courier delays the shipment for any reason, we cannot provide a refund as the courier is a third-party company beyond our control. In such cases, you will need to request compensation directly through the courier's website. We primarily work with GLS, and delays are extremely rare.

Yes, by choosing PayPal, you can pay in 3 interest-free installments. Is the payment secure? Yes, all payments are processed through leading platforms like PayPal and Stripe, which provide top-level security. As a company, we do not have access to our customers' financial data.
